What sightings do you have of famous people doing mundane stuff? Prompted by walking past the Sainsbury's Local where I witnessed Peter Stringfellow buying a pint of milk (semi-skimmed).
I've got a ton of these. I nearly ran over Russell Brand who was jogging past my flats and didn't look where he was going as I pulled out of the car park (in hindsight an opportunity missed).
The best one (I've mentioned it before here) was actually my mates sister when we were about 15. She worked in WHSmith at Heathrow airport and sold porn magazines to Bob Monkhouse (forever known as Bob Wankhouse thereafter).
@TwoClownsEating If Monkhouse was in Smiths before his flight, one can only assume he wanted to be in the Mile High Club (onanist's version). Did he buy a massive Toblerone as well?
I saw Russell Brand coming out of Mildred's once as we were going in. He was with a young lady.

I once hailed a cab in the rain and as it pulled over Noel Fielding appeared out of nowhere, jumped in the cab and they fucked off (this was in the old days before he did bake off and looked like somebody's auntie Jean).
