🆕 blog! “What's up with this "Please add me on WhatsApp" robocall spam?”

Over the last few weeks, I've received several calls which all have the same modus operandi. A disembodied robotic voice tries to get me to connect on WhatsApp.

Another variant on the "I want to discuss a job with you, please add me on WhatsApp" scam.

Voice sounds less robotic than before. Wonder if they're using real people now?

@Edent I’ve had that exact same call/voice, it could be a recording of a real person, but not a real recruiter cos I’ve never heard one sound that bored. They’re normally irritatingly chirpy.
