I've done some drop delivery jobs in my time. Food to houses etc. Anyone without a clear number on their house, even if their house has a name, should be fine £100 a day, until they sort it out.

While that was probably a problem 20 years ago. Nowadays there are these things called online maps, that are pretty up to date most of the time, maybe you should try them....
