You don't have to patronize me, I read the article. You *also* advocated for collaborative document editing, you even allude later to Office 365 and Google, so it's not like I just made that connection up.
Ok: you must mean, in order to prevent data breaches, keep everything in a database and avoid putting it in documents. This might nudge people towards proper segregation (but obviously doesn't enforce it). (1/2)
@danielittlewood I didn't mean to condescend. I get lots of people who only read the headline or sheepishly admit to only reading the opening paragraphs. Sorry for tarring you with that brush.
And, yes, keep data far away from documents. Nudge is a good way to put it. People will always find a way to breach containment.
