You: the thing doesn’t work! Fix it!
Them: turn off your antivirus
You: ok I did that and it still doesn’t work! Fix it!
Them: (other things to try)
You: I tried all of that and it still doesn’t work! Fix it!
And don’t let them close the ticket until it’s actually fixed.
