Price of camper vans is ridiculous this year, so I've bought a tent in the vague hope I'll get more than one use out of it to amortise the cost.
Of course, once I factor in the inflatable mattress, camping chairs, hammer, portable light, and all the other bits 'n bobs, I'm not sure how much money I'll be saving.
@Edent Cheaping out on the mattress is a false economy. I did my back in at EMFcamp 2024 and sciatica is not a fun time.
@hpcchris We're getting a new inflatable one. Will give it a go before the event.
Worst case scenario, I just chug Club Maté all day and never sleep.
