#introduction Hi! 👋🏼 I'm Jamie, in #Baltimore, MD, USA. Like a lot of people here, I started out in the Fediverse on mastodon.social. But then created this server the other day with the birdsite exodus.

I've been working as a software engineer since about 2004 (and playing at it for even longer), primarily in #ruby (though enjoying #crystal the past few years!), then moved over to SRE/DevOps land several years ago. Currently working as a technical lead for #SRE at Shopify.
