@hugh Assuming you've explored all of the avenues for getting a refund? Imagine that would be tough but doesn't seem out of the question if you didn't spend them.
@oliverdunk They aren't mine and I didn't buy them. My understanding is once bought they're somewhat difficult to refund, but I don't know exactly.
I was given them to "be rid" as I think the people involved rather wanted to move on.
@hugh Ah, got it. I misunderstood and thought someone had been tricked into buying them "for you".
