@codinghorror I mean mine took five days to be born (not even joking, I think I’m the only person I know who had to ask whether paternity leave starts at time of birth or onset of labour), but otherwise a solid take.
Having kids has taught me that becoming a well-adjusted, caring, and thoughtful human being is a lifelong journey, not something that just happens automatically. Those early days of parenting were humbling, as I quickly realized there was so much more to raising a child than I ever could have imagined. The patience, the empathy, the ability to truly see the world through their eyes - it's been a constant learning process.
