DevOps time!

Looking for a hosting provider that will allow me to spin up container images (with ideally all the flexibility I'd have if I were using docker and docker-compose locally, if they let me use Portainer all the better).

Bonus points if they also offer managed databases and Redis (and maybe other things too) so I only have to worry about the app server containers.

Extra special Christmas bonus points if they're based outside the US. A million points if they're based in the UK.

Something like Heroku but a bit less involved, and more generic.

AWS Fargate or GCP Cloud Run are where I'll go if there's nothing simpler.

@dave fly.io are a US company but have data centres around the world. I see them as having taken the baton from Heroku since the Salesforce acquisition.
