Apparently More Than have stopped selling home insurance. So, renewal is gone and I have to remember to not ignore letters from Admiral next year 🤪
Very confusing though as they still sell it on their website. But my policy expires in August. But they’re talking about next years quote.

@gsuberland @james I spent five years working in that space. It’s so much worse than you can possibly imagine.
I worked in it, but also not in it. I spent most of the time not working on insurance items at all, but did a short stint with Car Insurance and oh god, living decades in the past
Nice to see that London Home Insurance quotes have jumped 50% this year, I’ll have that to look forward to in a couple months.

@james it was a struggle, especially because the expenses system was horrible to use. one of those janky webapps that drove another system under the hood, with all the form state on the server so every click and change required a request, and if you didn't wait for it to complete (e.g. click a field and immediately type a number) it wouldn't register what you entered. I don't think I ever completed an expenses report within a month of incurring costs.
