A quite useful solution: TikTok
Problem: I have ADHD and the last time I used TikTok I had to delete it after a literal eight hour session of scrolling on my bed with no food water or bathroom breaks
I thought just now “well if I moderate my usage”.
And then reminded myself that I spent three hours scrolling the much worse YouTube shorts until 4am this morning.
I’m so broken lol
