Had a very powerful moment yesterday as an ND person at work.

Person A: has spent a few minutes explaining something to Person B, Person B is not understanding. I am looking at my laptop.
Me: A, explain it to me in one sentence, what it is you want to -achieve-.
Everyone: laughs
Me: I do not understand what is funny.
Person C: A has been explaining it for a few minutes.
Me: realises they think I'm not paying attention because I'm looking at my laptop so I can focus on conversation, my classic ADHD coping mechanism
Me: Well, Person A is not explaining it well as Person B is confused. So, tell me in one sentence :)
Person A: Explains, succinctly.
Me: Oh yeah, your original explanation didn't make sense. Is everyone clear now? Nice! Yeah we can def do this :)
