At the risk of being incredibly boring, I would like to give a shout out for You Need A Budget (ynab.com) which is some of the best software I use on a regular basis, and has made my life significantly less chaotic over the last few years.

Syncs with most bank accounts, has actually functional category matching, and the model fits my brain. I've not been keeping up and even so just did two month's worth of budgeting in under 30 minutes.
