@jon it's exhausting, right? I think the thing which infuriates me the most is that we're literally living in Black Mirror S3E1: anything less than 5 stars is often used to punish the individual employee who tried their best to solve whatever queries we had, despite often lacking effective resources to properly assist due to organisational choices waaaay outside their control. When considering how much I cannot be bothered to do the survey, I often conclude the only winning move is not to play.
