A procedural/timing question for folks who bought a house in the UK in the past decade-ish:
Would your process have been negatively affected if some or all of your deposit had been locked up in a 60-day notice savings account? How about 30-day? 90-day?
(I'm very aware that "buying a house" takes longer than 30/60/90 days! I believe I'm asking a more nuanced question than that 😀)
