Just saw someone advertising a "hacker house" flat share where you apply for a room by sending your linkedin.
Nothing else. Just your linkedin. Imagine the housemates.

@jonty this is “hacker” as in corporate “hackathon” then, rather than the “apply by whistling 2600Hz down the phone at us” the term might imply

NGL ... whiteboards and a 3D printer are quite an attraction in a flat share.

@jonty @interstar @jon I always used to operate on the principle that whiteboards left with stuff on them will be photographed and uploaded to the wiki and then wiped clean
3D printers are absolutely machines for turning money into tears though…
