Rewrote the EMF scheduler expecting a 2-3x performance improvement. Actually got 150-800x.
We are now rescheduling the festival every second. Keep up.
@jonty did you remove the feature where it always fails at 3am on day -1 ?

It now fails 150-800 times at 3am on day -1, instead of just once.
