Having multiple kids is weird. You have one kid you could trust to be home alone for a whole weekend & you know they'd eat vegetables, lock the doors, & wash the dishes.
Then you have another kid who is not allowed to hold an umbrella.
And they're almost the same age.
@cmconseils I used to commute on a train for half an hour, there and back, to school at 11. The thought of putting my 10-year old kid on a bus for ten minutes horrifies her more than it does me.

@shinydan @cmconseils big same here. I was walking a mile and a half each way to school. My son started secondary a few months ago and still wants walking to the bus stop ten minutes away, across a single not very busy road.
