That CTO who fired me over not using Claude everywhere gifted me "The Phoenix Project" last week and omg that book is a BOFH story but told from the perspective of The Boss and the authors aren't fucking aware of it 
@crashtestdev I attempted to read that once, for some reason I decided the weeks after my son was born was the time for business process fiction. I was very wrong. It’s never time for business process fiction, and even less so when you’re catastrophically sleep deprived.
