@jarkman how are defining an LED? Is a single package with 6 diode junctions in a single LED or 6? What about large COB arrays of LEDs? Do optoisolators count as LEDs? Laser diodes? Or even a poorly wired diode that is now producing light due to it's current temperature, probably very briefly followed by becoming a smoke generator.

"average person brings 3 LEDs to #EMFCamp" factoid actualy just statistical error. average attendee brings 0 LEDs. LEDs Georg, who lives in cave & is composed entirely of NeoPixels, is an outlier adn should not have been counted
