also fun: once you plug it into the device it came with, it is impossible to remove again. the socket is recessed, the moulding around the cable is an interference fit, and the latch locks it in place.
@gsuberland ok, yeah, that is cursed. I was about to ask where you got it because I genuinely could use some sort of USB-A to Ethernet cable.
@gsuberland barcode scanner? Although the Honeywell Xenons are extra cursed as those are 10 way RJ45(ish)
@gsuberland I was considering doing some cursed Bluetooth conversion on them. I reckon there's room inside the handle for a battery...
