@gsuberland I got a "how likely are you to recommend" notification at work yesterday, for a firewall.
Sometimes when stuff like that comes up, and I have time, I write something like "everyone I work with already uses it"

@tthbaltazar @gsuberland so, I once got hit with a Trustpilot request from my ISP at exactly the wrong moment and posted a review which was broadly “Why are you so needy? You’re an ISP, if I notice you you’ve failed.” and then they *emailed me asking how they could make things better*.

They’ve at least claimed I’m now on the list of people who will never get any comms other than receipts and critical information.

@gsuberland I was happily using my libc5 based Slackware 3.0 until one day and new app installed demanded I install libc5.so.6. So I download the sources and ran "make install". Slackware no longer booted.

1/5 stars, cannot recommend.
