@hacks4pancakes Every now and then I remember that I've literally robbed banks without them noticing and shut down power plants. I just did it in a beneficial context.

Morality and ethics are not weaknesses to be overcome, they're a quality and goal to be celebrated. I think something about the last decade has caused a lot of people to lose sight of that.

@hacks4pancakes mostly for me it’s a chronic inability to focus on anything that doesn’t excite me, and invariably the things required to become filthy rich don’t even slightly excite me.

@hacks4pancakes I know exactly why I’m not rich. My brain is wired such that it goes into fight or flight when corporate ideology breaks my personal ethics. Which is why I typically get angry and vocal first, and then I quit after my stress level hits the roof — usually right before bonuses are paid out because my timing is the worst.
